Job Description:
We are looking for Red Hat certified people to join our fast-growing team. Duties include: providing technical support to international web hosting clients and undertaking system admin work in Linux/Unix.
Mandatory skills-
+ Minimum 3 years experience in the administration of Unix/Linux servers
+ Experience in the installation and configuration of Open Source software
+ Experience with Perl scripting for system administration tasks
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Should have passport, B1 visa will have advantage.
Desirable skills-
Also good to have:
- Experience in production support of Application frameworks built on
Apache
Python
Django
- Experience managing VMWare servers
- Perl scripting for system administration
- Experience with Replication
- Platform tuning (OS through application framework layers)
- Experience supporting large number of production servers (over 50)
- Experience with Squid
- Experience with Zen Unix
- Experience participating in Agile scrum development environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
