About Company

A CMM Level 5 and a global IT Services company, is a 100% subsidiary of the USD 4.75 billion Indian conglomerate.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required:

- Understanding of file transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTPs, others)
- Understanding of data encryption
- Experience working on a UNIX platform with proficient use of UNIX commands
- Understanding of network concepts
- Ability to understand UNIX

Job Role:

- Timely processing of work intake requests
- Coordinating testing with internal and external customers
- Troubleshooting issues to assist in root cause analysis.
- Providing rotating 24/7 on-call support
- Working with internal application support team

Note: The candidate should be able to join in Maximum 1 Month.
