- Basic Knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Network Cisco devices
- Basic Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, IBM iseries
- Experience in SQL tier1 support activities
- Familiar with Monitoring tools viz Nagios, Solarwind and Bespoke
- Familiar with ITIL framework
- Strong communication skill
- Willing to work in shifts
