2) Good Academics (Preferably distinction and no gaps of more than one
year in between) and prefer someone from Mechanical, Aeronautical,
production, industial and allied branches.But others branches are also
welcome
3) They need to work on C++ and not on VC ++.
4) They need to be Hand on on OOPS, Exception Handling, Memory
Handling( Over and Under), Coding and Polymorphism-----------Ask your
candidates to study this and come for interview.
5) They should be working on new product and not on enhancement or
Maintenance project.
6) Need to ensure that the person is willing to learn( Since they have
to undergo rigorous training program)
7) Should have done some kind of certification or training (Example:
Brain bench).------Not a must.
