Job location : Chennai
Designation : Application Engineer ( Enterprise - Technical Support)
Role: To provide support to enterprise users. To interact with them and resolve the issues (Voice, e-mail & chat)
Skill sets
Primary Skill
+ Excellent Communication Skills
+ Good Knowledge on various NIX platforms. Preferably LINUX, Solaris and IBM-AIX.
+ Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Secondary Skill
+ Knowledge on Windows Servers is an added advantage

Experience with UNIX shell scripting, Perl, Python, Jython a plus. Strong problem solving skills a must; Interest in diagnosing and troubleshooting networking, operating system and software issues.
