5. Hardware: Experience of working with ARM / x86 processor
6. Software:
a. C Language, Bash/Csh Shell-scripts
b. Knowledge of tool chains for embedded systems (cross-compilers,
debuggers, etc.)
7. Experience / Exposure to any of the following:
i. Linux kernel build system
ii. Device drivers
iii. General build system configuration (makefiles, etc.)
8. Knowledge of existing open source toolkits (GtK, Qt, etc.),
frameworks (Audio/Video frameworks like Alsa)
9. Knowledge of packaging types (rpm, deb, etc.)
10. Awareness of Open Source licensing models
