We have Urgent Openings for Production Support in one of our MNC Client Hyderabad.
Experience: 2-11Yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Specifications:
Required Skills:
• Should have experience working with Sun/Solaris & Linux hardware operating systems and NFS architecture/file systems.
• Sound knowledge on Perl/Ksh, SQL and Scripting.
• Support large mission critical customer care and billing applications for multiple clients in a production environment.
• Assist with optimizing performance of the application and the Unix servers upon which the application resides.
• Troubleshoot and provide rapid resolution to critical problems in production and testing environments.
• Rotational assignment on-call support for multiple customer applications and environments including real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Provide application support for both internal and external clients.
• Work very closely with application production support teams to optimize batch application processing throughput without compromising online system availability.
Nice to have skills:
• Should have worked on Web Application Servers like WebLogic and WebSphere.
• Should have demonstrable understanding of Middleware Technologies.
• Should have a demonstrable understanding of Web technologies and Java.
• Must be able to demonstrate creativity and out-of-box thinking in analyzing and delivering solutions.
• Experience on Telecom Domain.
• Administer multiple application instances running on Sun Solaris / Linux servers in a client server environment for development client testing training and production environments.
• Provide proactive monitoring and space management of the application
