(2-4 yrs) Java/Struts/Grails position for a stealth startup in silicon valley

We are ClearSenses ( http://clearsenses.com/team.html ) - we are a boutique consulting focusing on working with stealth and funded startups in the U.S., and help them build their systems. We are helping build social gaming systems, virtual currency systems, personal finance portals and search solutions (solr/lucene) for our current clients.
We work on MySQL/PGSQL, Ruby on Rails, Java/Struts and are looking to get into Grails for our next project.
For one of our clients - which is an exciting stealth startup in the personal finance area - we need someone who has his/her basics, fundamentals and algorithms right. We have hammered out the prototype in Struts+MySQL, but for the production system, we are looking to get into Grails.
You will play a significant part in architecting, designing and coding up the entire end-to-end solution. You will interact directly with the senior management in silicon valley (who have a minimum 20 years exp in their domain)
