We analyze user generated content to create extremely useful product recommendations, and enable people to search and find the right products for their needs. We also have a social application, iWannaBuy, using which people can leverage the knowledge of their friends to help decide which products to buy. We are looking for a few exceptional engineers to join our core product team, and help us realize our vision of becoming the Google of product search. You will get an opportunity to work on problems such as information retrieval, information extraction, and ranking using graph algorithms, as well as provide a compelling user experience across the web, social networks, and mobile phones. Qualifications:

Must Have Skills

• Expert python hacker, who enjoys coding
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent
• Strong problem solving, algorithm, and design skills
• Experience with web technologies – http, web servers (apache)

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and NLP
• Crawling, Information Extraction
• Front end knowledge – html, javascript, css, ajax
• Web search, query analysis and tuning, lucene or solr
