Background:
TechGaruda is an innovative startup which specializes in high-tech
consulting. We consult on a wide variety of projects for technology
companies ranging from hot startups in silicon valley to top
universities around the world. Typically we solve their problems by
using open-source tools & technologies. We are a small but growing
company which aims to be among the top providers of sophisticated
technical consulting solutions. We have offices in Chennai, Hyderabad
and Pittsburgh (USA) and are looking for Software Developers who can
work with our existing team and help us deliver on consulting
projects.
Requirements:
BE in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 0-5 years experience
Solid programmer - must understand core programming principles,
appreciate the need for design & planning.
Must have a proper grasp of the fundamentals of CS algorithms.
Must show ability and interest to work on, and learn, a wide variety
of open-source technology platforms and packages
Sound knowledge of C and C++ programming is desired.
Must be fluent in Python or Perl or any other scripting language
Must be at ease working with the linux shell; being a power user of
linux is a plus
Must be able to work under deadline pressure and deliver.
Interested to work in a small start-up in an informal work culture
