Job Description:
Design, develop and code various web applications to ensure projects are implemented on schedule. Maintain existing web applications on various sites and update content as required.
Must have and maintain a thorough understanding of the most current industry technology, tools and trends in Web technology. Work efficiently on multiple projects with tight, inflexible deadlines.
Monitor site performance to identify and modify areas that require improvement. Design, analyze and implement change request to ensure that the needs of the company are implemented on schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Superior programming skills in languages such as PHP, Perl(regular expressions is a plus), JavaScript, XHTML, HTML, XML, CSS, AJAX and Flash(is a plus) .
â¢Excellent experience in mysql database(Configuration, Optimization, Safety and backup strategies), experience in Oracle is a plus but not a must.
Excellent communication skills, including experience in preparing written documentation and oral reports. Strong interpersonal skills with supervisor and staff populations. Solid organization, prioritization and self-motivation skills.
Experience on a Linux / Unix operating system platform is required. You have several projects already in your team and communication skills demonstrated experience in Apache + PHP configuration is a plus but not a must.
