JOB PROFILE:-

• Providing technical support to customers, partner & Sales team for various technologies as related to Airwave products.
• Formulate technical action plans for analyzing and resolving problems.
• Generate documentation in the form of case notes & tech tips
• Work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Simulate problems in lab
• Participate in solutions for knowledge base
• Provide technical training cross-training to relevant groups as needed
• Work effectively in a team environment

DESIRED PROFILE :

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English are required
• Ability to communicate effectively to English-Only speaking customers

Technical (Networking):

• Various Spanning Tree methods, Vlan, 802.1q, Link Aggregation, 802.3af, Network Management, DHCP, DNS.
• Knowledge on LINUX (Installation, moving through the file system, basic LINUX commands).
• Knowledge on SQL scripring
• Basic knowledge on 802.11a/b/g/n/i.
• Desktop troubleshooting experience in Windows/Macintosh environment
• Understanding of Active Directory, RADIUS & LDAP would be an added advantage.
