UI / Front End Engineer
at Social Commerce startup based in Mumbai in Mumbai
Broad Responsibilities:
• Convert designs into clean and easy to maintain markup using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Create clean mark-up that is scalable, accessible and search engine friendly
• Design for and troubleshoot cross browser compatibility issues
• Participate in the design and development of new UI functionality for web applications
• Troubleshoot and fix defects in the user interface of our products
Technical skillset requirement:
• 1-3 years experience developing web application using Javascript, AJAX and standards compliant HTML
• Strong experience with front end frameworks
• Demonstrated skills overcoming browser quirks and inconsistencies
• CSS and HTML expert
Education & Experience:
• Btech/ BSc/BE in Computer Sciences and related studies.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in working on web based product
• Minimum 2+ years Total experience in web development
• Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and drive closure to technical challenges.
• Need to be a Team player who loves to program, solve problems and continuously learn without worrying much about formal working hours.
• Should be a very pleasant person to work with.
