Requirements

• Language/s: Python
• Framework/s: Django
• Databases: MySQL / Mongo DB / Redis
• Preferred (not mandatory): PHP/CakePHP, JavaScript, JQuery

Desired Experience
• 1-2 years of Python development experience for a Developer role and 4-5 years experience for a Senior Developer/Tech Lead role (ideally with Django framework), preferably in a product development environment (though, IT services experiences are quite acceptable). We pay far more importance to the depth of experience and your subject matter knowledge, than to years of experience on your resume.
• Demonstrable evidence of passion, technical expertise, and accomplishments

Ideal candidates will have (These are NOT mandatory, but highly desired)
• Knowledge about multiple web technologies, databases and development frameworks
• Experienced in building enterprise products with client-server architecture with complex database design. Some experience with n-tier software architectures and solutions
• Exposure to building scalable, flexible, robust and secure architecture for high-traffic applications
• Experience with Linux, Cloud Computing, open source systems development and some experience with basic systems maintenance and administration
• B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering
• Some experience working in a startup environment
