PHP/LAMP/Flex Engineer

Has at least 2 years' experience building web UI in PHP and JavaScript and have examples live on the web to prove it.
The specific technologies, tools and ideas that the person need to have experience with include:
• PHP, Amazon EC2, MySQL (required)
• JavaScript, JQuery, SVG/Canvas (required)
• Adobe Flex (required)
• CodeIgniter, Sphinx (required)
• SVN, Trac (required)
• Facebook applications (nice to have)
• Social and viral fundraising (nice to have)
• Virtual rewards, virtual goods and game dynamics (nice to have)
The person:
• can multi-task, prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-growth environment - change is a constant
• can be productive without extensive written requirements documents and specifications
• maintain positive working relationships and a roll-up-your-sleeves, “can do” attitude
• is wiling and able to burn the midnight oil, from time to time, to meet deadlines
• has effective communication skills (in English) - just being able to do it isn't enough; you need to be able to articulate what you did and why you did it and justify that to the rest of the team
