REQUIREMENTS
You must be expert in designing softwares like Photoshop and Dreamweaver,
Must be an expert in web designing, visualisation, creative, colors and typography.
Experience in HTML and Javascript is a required.
Should be able to work independently.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
You should have minimum 2 years experience in web designing
Should be well versed & experience in online advertising (banners, newsletters,etc)
Very good visualization and typography is a MUST
Should be familiar and experienced in designing tools (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, paintshop,etc)
Must be capable of designing fast and should meet the clients requirement
