Sun IDM-
Candidates with 3-4 years of experience on Sun IDM.
Excellent exposure to Provisioning and Password Synch
Good exposure to J2EE
Preferred if exposed to Unix, Windows Administration, Oracle database, LDAP Administration
Very good Analytical and Problem solving skills
Very good in communication and soft skills.
Able to work as individual contributor and Good in coordinating with onsite team.
Some amount of overlap with US onsite team is required for daily meetings
Nice to have exposure to Siteminder and LDAP skills
Candidates would be required to work on both operations and enhancements
