Requirement Details:-

Position:Senior Engineer – Engine Cooling & Auxiliary
Education :B.Tech/M.Tech
Description
This Position is for Power train / Engine Aux & Cooling engineer with primary responsibility of designing & selection of engine cooling system and other engine auxiliary like Air Intake, Exhaust etc for New product development . Also need to interact with Manufacturing team, Quality team and PV&V team and evaluate & perform the design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance for the specified application / design area of Engine Cooling and auxiliary.
Major Duties
Worked out the design solution for building of prototypes and adoption of design with possible involvement of cross functional team mainly quality, supply management, manufacturing and marketing.
Work on and participate in DFMEAs and Design review. Participate in Proto / Physical builds.
Qualification
BE / B Tech 5+ Years Experience ME / M Tech 4+ Years Experience
Required Skills
• Around 4-5 years of experience in design and development of engine cooling and auxiliary which include cooling system & plumbing design, Air intake and Exhaust design and complete integration of power tain components
•Experience in cooling system design / kuli analysis. Should have very good understanding of engineering principle and capable of work independently using this knowledge.
• Very good at Pro/Engineer Modeling, Detailing, Sheet metal and Large assembly management. good at PDM Link / Windchill. Should have knowledge of EPDP.
Desired Skills
• Around 4-5 years of experience in design and development of engine cooling and auxiliary which include cooling system & plumbing design, Air intake and Exhaust design and complete integration of power tain components.
• Experience in cooling system design / kuli analysis. Should have very good understanding of engineering principle and capable of work independently using this knowledge.
• Very good at Pro/Engineer Modeling, Detailing, Sheet metal and Large assembly management. good at PDM Link / Windchill. Should have knowledge of EPDP.
