We are having an urgent Opening with Top IT Company for Linux Admin for Chennai/Mysore Location.

Job Locations: Chennai / Mysore

Job Description:

a)4+ years Linux/Unix system administration experience (Red hat, SUSE, Debian, Ubuntu Specifically)

b)Should provide daily operational support such as troubleshooting production issues, and internal systems, for 24*7 operations.

c)Should possess excellent verbal and oral communication skill.

d)Should have experience in working in Datacenter or worked in heterogeneous environments with mixed OS, Clusters , and Storage.

e)Should have the proficiency to define Best Practices on Security Compliance and Performance of the OS on Production Servers. f)Handle escalations from incident Management team.

g)Coordination during the critical incidents, doing the analysis and providing the RCA for the problem.

h)Plan, execute and prepare report on Availability, Performance & Capacity management Executing changes after completing the Impact analysis and with coordination as on required.

i)Conduct audits on incident ticket, service request and recommend of improvements j)Analyse all the incident, service tickets and initiate for Service improvement Manage, maintain & update the Knowledge management database.

k)Should be able to do Patch Feasibility study on Production Server and Implement the same.
