Application Developer - PHP/MySQL
at Pankaj Ghosh in Mumbai
Urgently require expert PHP/MySQL developer to maintain and extend a business application: built on WebERP, this system has over 100 tables and manages the entire order-to-cash cycle for our customer.
Includes an advanced billing engine with discounts, service charge and commission engine as well as WSDL interface for USB based topup of card connected to the machine.
Typical work involves:
- fixing bugs in calculations;
- improving readability of code and adding documentation
- additional functionality - logging, security management, improvements in functionality and UI
- new reports - convert XML obtained from external server to formatted reports in PDF/CSV/HTML
This is a functional job - webdesigners need not apply. Understanding complex business rules and SQL query design is the key to delivering.
You will need to be able to work independently, and also help setup a team of PHP programmers to convert past enhancements into products.
The position is in Chembur.
