Technical lead Security
Years of Experience: 5 - 7 yrs
Soft Kills: Demonstrate Leadership, Articulate technical complexities into business language, Communicate with customer directly.
Technical Skills:
1.Language - SQL usage to query databases, Good knowledge of Java, JSP and XML coding. VB, ASP coding experience will be helpful.
2.Environment - ID Administration experience, with knowledge of workflow, Working knowledge on HP UX and unix shell scripting. Knowledge of Active Directory and Sun IDM is preferred.
3. Expertise â- ITSM processes (Incident management, Problem Management, Root cause analysis, Change control and Release processes)
Developer Security
Years of Experience: 3 - 4 yrs
Soft Kills: Demonstrate Leadership and posses good interpersonal skills. Should be proactive in looking for problems in the environment and be ready to be available 24x7 as needed.
