Qualification: School & Graduation - Any Graduate
Sound working knowledge in UNIX , UNIX Shell Scripting , AIX , Oracle , Openraod , Ingres. Should have minimum 1 years of experience in application support service on the above technologies.
Other skills:-
Experience in professionally interacting with international Banking clients and colleagues. Ability to work and provide solutions independantly. Very good communication skill is must , Excellent track record in studies and excellent analytical skills , Should work on multiple shift timings , Good Team Player and quick learner.Business:- Knowledge in corporate banking domain is an added advantage.
Process: Knowledge in ITIL process & Service Manager 7 is an added advantage.
Technical: Knowledge of some or all of the following: Java , .net , VB6 , SQL Server is an added advantage.Client billing opportunity.
