Project Lead / Team Lead Open Source

Pragmatic Techsoft Pvt Ltd. (www.pragtech.co.in) is a dynamic and fast growing ERP/CRM/HRM and Web consulting, Development and Training company based out of Pune. We are currently seeking talented and highly motivated Team Leads / Project Leads to be located in Pune.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for requirement study, analysis, design, development, implementation and support IT solutions. You will evaluate and recommend system architecture and project approach, as well as manage some or all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology/Management/Engineering
• Total 3 years experience in IT industry with experience in managing projects
• Strong background in software development and SDLC methodologies
• Must be able to speak and write well
• Involve in Project Implementation:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Development of functional specifications leading to sign-off by customers;
- Participate in the design of the functionality;
- Perform UAT with users. Track defect log and perform impact analysis on the defect items. Categorize the defects into enhancements (if any). Report UAT progress and status update to project director and customers’ project managers and business sponsors. Obtain UAT sign-off
• Implement project in accordance to schedule
