Job description:

The BMC Bladelogic software line help IT organizations
more efficiently provision, configure and manage today’s sophisticated data
centers environments. The Bladelogic Technical Support team is looking for
highly motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving, collaboration, and
working with a wide variety of cutting edge technologies.

BMC Bladelogic product is a industry recognized leader as the in the server
provisioning technology sector. Significant career advancement
opportunities exist for the right candidate within our technical support
department.

Skill description:

1. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree with a
major or minor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years hands-on systems experience working in a UNIX or Linux shell
environment. Experience with UNIX shell scripting, Perl, Python, Jython a
plus.

2. Strong problem solving skills a must; Interest in diagnosing and
troubleshooting networking, operating system and software issues.
