We have an urgent opening for a Technical Support - Engineer ( SR Messaging Engineer) with Commvault Systems at Hyderabad…..
Location : Hyderabad
Position : Technical Support - Engineer ( SR Messaging Engineer)
Job Description :
The Responsibilities include managing trouble tickets, and resolving / documenting issues.
3-6 years of Relevant Experience
Provide Technical Support in the areas of OS internals, SAN including Fiber Channel, SCSI and Array Internals.
Skills :
4 to 7 Years of experience
Strong Technical knowledge in the Operating Systems and Storage domain and good understanding of product lifecycle
One should have preferably good Knowledge of backup product.
Good knowledge on the following : Exchange 2003/2007
Sharepoint and SQL.
Knowledge of Lotus Domino will be added advantage
