Founder & CEO
The founder is a seasoned professional and has over 10 years of professional experience doing Category Management, Customer Experience Management, Online Marketing (SEO/SEM/Affiliate Marketing/Email Marketing, etc) and Product Management at Amazon.com - US, Strategy at DHL - US, Consulting at TCS - Canada and India. He has an MBA from Yale University, US and a Bachelor of Technology from Kurukshetra University. He moved back to India in 2009 to start this e-commerce venture.
The co-founder has over 10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic business analysis and project management at reputed organisations like American Express, Yum! Brands, Rogers Communications, and Lucent Technologies. She has worked in India, Canada and US. She holds a BE in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and an MBA from Yale University.

We are looking for smart people who are flexible, have a passion to learn new things and develop state-of-the-art systems and are highly motivated. You will also be involved in some of the best SEO/SEM/SMM techniques implemented till date.
We are looking for two LAMP/Java technology professionals who have at least a few months and at most 3-4 years of experience with PHP/Java preferably using MVC frameworks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on developing state of the art ERP system and shopping portal
- Get involved in complete SDLC - Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing
- Closely interact with Business Team (Product, Marketing and Operations)
- Develop innovative features to make the website user-friendly and enhance customer experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
-A few years of Professional Experience developing and working with extremely reliable and scalable LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)/Java based web systems
-Experience with LAMP system performance improvement required for senior positions
-Should be able to develop good test plans & cases and then implement them
-B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science) or equivalent from a top college/university preferred
-Possess a good understanding of basic Computer Science concepts such as Algorithms, Data Structures, RDBMS, etc.
-Good communication skills in English, both written and oral, are a must
-Should be a fast learner and quick thinker
-Should be flexible in taking up other ad-hoc responsibilities/duties as assigned
Preferred Requirements:
-Professional Experience working with Search Systems (Lucene, etc) and Java a plus
-Experience working with MVC Frameworks a plus
-Professional Experience with an ERP system (operations, inventory, etc) a plus
-Experience writing complex algorithms
-Experience working with crawlers such as Nutch and Curl.
-Web designing experience/aptitude a plus
-Experience working with Web 2.0 e-commerce systems (CMS, Search, Recommendation engine, Graphics, Blogs, Discussion Forums, Product reviews, Payment systems, shopping cart, wish list, etc) a plus
-Experience with web designing and SEO/SEM/Social Media Marketing a plus
-Experience working with mobile messaging/applications a plus
Location
The position will be based in Vikaspuri, New Delhi
Remuneration
