Job Description :
Position : Interface Analyst
Job location: Hyderabad
Interview Location: Chennai
Experience: 0.6-3 Years of experience in US/UK calling
Qualification: Any computer technical education (B.tech/B.com computers, B.sc computers/MCA/ etc)
Requirements:
6 months-3 years of tech support experience
Minimum 6 months of US/UK calling experience a must
Any computer technical education (B.tech/B.com computers, B.sc computers/MCA/ etc)
Night shift – Client facing process
Good communication skills
Passion for IT
Advantages:
Training on SQL programming/scripting
Direct interaction with clients in the US – Great on the job exposure
Training on new protocols like HL7 directly from clients
Working with the industry leader in a rapidly growing US IT (healthcare) sector
Training on advanced communication skills
