We have an Opening with one of our Leading Client Honeywell Technologies for Senior Support Engineer .
QUALIFICATION: BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech /MCA
Experience : 2 to 4.5 yrs
Work Location : Bangalore
> The candidates should have experience on Support / Maintenance /
Administration.
> Should have experience on any of the ALM Tool
(Like Subversion / JIRA / Confluence / Fisheye / Crucible / Contour/ LRDA 'SVN server')
(pls mention in the mail that on which tool you have experience)
> Should be aware of configuaration.
> Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our vendors to resolve more
advanced issues when necessary.
> Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
>Participation in providing training to customers as required
>Manage, prioritize and validate application work packages .
