We have an Opening with one of our Leading Client Honeywell Technologies for
Skill:
Support Engineer / Administartor / Maintenance Engineer for ALM Tools like any of these: Contour, JIRA, Subversion, LRDA, SVN Server
Designation : Software Engineer (NO JAVA and .NET DEVELOPERS)
Interview Date: 4th Dec, Saturday.
Work Location : Bangalore
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs
Responsibilites:
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our vendors to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Manage, prioritize and validate application work packages
• Ensures all client service requests are updated and tracked via Helpdesk System
• Responsive to customer needs and service requests and ensure timely follow through.
It is a shortlist process and the shortlisted candidate must take the interview on 4th Dec, Saturday.
