Opening for System Administrator - Unix/Linux
at RSG Media systems Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon
We are currently seeking "System Administrators - Unix/Linux" for our Gurgaon facilities.
Required:
· Ready to work in India night shift(support US day shift customers).
· Excellent communication skills.
· 3+ years experience in UNIX / Linux operations / administration, including creation, installation and maintenance of RPMs and OS level debugging and performance tuning
· 2+ years scripting experience in any of the common languages such as BASH, KSH, PYTHON, Perl, JAVA etc
· Red Hat Enterprise Level OS skills including system management, tuning & optimization and problem solving
· Experience with multiple core technologies, including IP networking and various internet technologies
· Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Apache Web servers.
· Perform on-call support by providing immediate responses to high priority requests for assistance by the 24/7 Operations teams.
· Provide after hours and weekend support as needed
· Able to commute on his own (no cab provided by we give Night Shift allowance)
