• Strong & proven Technical skills in System Administration/Networking/Java/SQL.
• Able to communicate to the end user and explain to them about the technical issue
• Software installation and trouble shooting skills
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work with different teams and get the issue resolved
Desired Characteristics
1. Functional expertise or product support experience in any software application
• Development or testing experience preferred
